Herb Hart is a Vermont Native. He returned to the Quechee in 2003 after 10 years living in Southern California. Herb has been working in Sales & Rentals for Quechee Lakes Landowners since his return in 2003 as a  Real Estate Agent/Broker. He currently wears two hats as the Rental Property Manager for Quechee Lakes Rentals and is also a consistent top performing Quechee Lakes Agent/Broker. By being in the trenches on a daily basis and interacting constantly with customers and clients, Herb has a knowledge of the Quechee market second to none.  His easy going personality and versatility from 17+ years of working in real estate makes Herb a huge advocate for buyers and sellers.

In Herb's spare time, he enjoys playing golf at the Quechee Club and skiing at Killington.

Both counselor and competitor, Linda Hicks made the perfect career choice 30+ years ago when she became a Real   Estate agent.! diligence! As a former high school teacher and guidance counselor, her to ability work through challenging situations has been honed to perfection. A consistent winner of sales and listing awards, Linda has been recognized with

a Five Star Professional Agent Award for the last six years.

A competitor at heart, Linda works as hard on the job as she does on the tennis court. As a member of the Quechee Club and Boss Center in Hanover, she has actively competed in club and USTA matches.  Rowing a single on the Connecticut River and competing in the world renowned Head of the Charles race in 2007 and 2008, Linda accomplished her goal--twice.! 

Linda received her MA from the University of Bridgeport and cherishes the wonderful   lifestyle—including  both   work and recreation—and  proudly   calls

Quechee Vermont her home.! 

Charlie has been a QLLA member and real estate broker for over 36 years in Quechee Lakes. Since his entire Real Estate career has focused on the Quechee Lakes community, this is what he knows best and thoroughly enjoys.
Assisting buyers and sellers in the community has been most gratifying and through the process, getting to know so many wonderful and interesting people.

Real Estate and Quechee are two of Chris' passions. Chris has been a broker for over 40 years, having started her career in Massachusetts. She became licensed in Vermont 30 years ago and has been selling in Quechee and the surrounding area ever since.

Quechee is not only home to Chris' career but her family as well. She and her husband Bob have been property owners in Quechee for over 30 years. Originally enjoying weekends golfing and skiing in the area, they later moved their primary residence from Westford, Massachusetts to Quechee in 1991. Chri shas been involved with many club and local committees and fundraisers throughout her years in the Quechee area.

Both of Chris' children are graduates of the University of Vermont and now enjoy visiting Vermont with their families (including their three dogs). She takes pride in watching her grandchildren enjoy the amenities the area has to offer that her children once enjoyed.

Having lived and sold property in the area for a number of years, Chris is very knowledgeable about both the market and community. She brings a wealth of experience to home buyers looking to enjoy the picturesque area as much as she does.

Lyndsey Freeman has spent the last few years with Quechee Lakes Real Estate Center, representing buyers & sellers throughout the upper valley/Vermont. 

As a Hartford native, she has an intimate knowledge of the local community and is particularly familiar with the Quechee Lakes community.

Lyndsey's career journey began in the healthcare sector as a nurse, and then a nanny, providing her with a solid foundation in caring for people. She then transitioned  into the insurance industry, where she honed her exceptional sales and customer service skills.

Driven  by her enthusiasm for real estate, Lyndsey has seamlessly transitioned  into the field, with  successful investments and flips. Furthermore, her active involvement in Airbnb rentals has provided her with valuable  insights into other various aspects of the Real Estate industry.

Andy has been involved in Real Estate for most of his life. He has multiple rental properties and has done numerous flips.

He owned and operated Quechee Lakes Rentals for over 20 years, making him intimately familiar with the Quechee Lakes Community.

With The Quechee Lakes Real Estate Center he concentrates on marketing, other supportive roles and behind the scenes administrative responsibilities.
